THE IPv STARTER KIT

Take the OS with you.

I built this because I was tired of being the messenger between my own tools.

WHAT THIS IS

Some helpful tools I found along the way, yes. But that is the small version. The real version is this: it is the layout I run my whole operation on, packed into one folder so you can run it too.

I used to be the router. Every app needed me to carry the context, explain the rules again, and move the result by hand. Five rooms, five versions of the same conversation, and me in the middle doing the plumbing. This kit is the house I built so that stops.

One right hand to talk to. Clear jobs for every tool behind it. A simple rule for what each tool is allowed to do, and what nothing is allowed to do without your yes.

You stay the operator.

THE THESIS, C.A.R.

Context. Agents. Router. A car has all three, and the driver is not in the acronym. That part is on purpose.

Context is the map. Your files, your rules, your history, written down once so you never re-explain yourself to a tool again. The map lives with the router, in your house, not inside an app you rent.

Agents are seats. Interchangeable, named by the job they do, never by the company that made them. When a better engine ships, the seat gets a new engine and your map does not care.

The router is the one conversation. You talk in one place. It receives, routes, and reports back. The vendors are doors, not landlords. An app can close tomorrow and the operation stays yours, because the memory and the lanes live with you.

WHY I BUILT IT

Because owning the stack is the whole point. Your files, your map, your machine, your rails, your rules. I am not renting my memory from an app anymore. If a seat changes, the operation does not start over.

And because the rant is the brief. I talk the way I talk, the system catches it whole, checks the map, moves what can move, names what parks, and brings me back one board: done, in motion, waiting. That is what this folder teaches your setup to do.

The gift is the OS. The community is the infinite players, people running their own game with the same mechanics. The handbook is the door.

WHAT'S IN THE FOLDER

NO STACK REQUIRED

You do not need to already use Claude locally, run agents, or have a system in place. The clean route starts simple: a fresh account, iCloud, Grok Bot, then the kit walks you into your first clean agent. If you already have tools and files everywhere, it organizes them. If you are starting from zero, it gives you the first house.

WHAT IT DOES

It takes the mess of files and tools you already have and organizes it into a file system you can actually run. The skills come pre-loaded. The onboarding is ready when you are.

From the operator who runs on it every day, filed as proof, not promises: I stopped carrying context between apps. I talk in one place, the doors behind it do the work, and the results file back to the same table. One night the system fixed a broken buy link, replaced an old download, published a store theme, closed music paperwork, and corrected a business model in the files, while I stayed in one conversation.

Founder proof. Beta operators add their own words here as their runs land, with their permission, never before.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Operators. People building personal brands, running small machines, doing real things on the internet with a lot going on across too many apps and nobody holding the whole map. The landscaper, the DJ, the studio owner, the coach. The shape is never tech skill. The shape is a full life that needs a system.

If one lane of your work ran clean for a week, which lane would change your life first? That is where this starts.

THE RULE THAT MAKES IT SAFE

Your tap is the firewall. Drafts are free: reading, research, organizing, and building move on their own. Spending, sending, publishing, moving money, changing permissions, and deleting wait for your yes. That rule is written into the kit before any tool gets power, not bolted on after.

STAY TUNED FOR DLC PACKS

New skills drop here as I figure them out. Different packs for different types of operators. Anything I get working smoothly in my own setup, I package up and share here.
